Frost Bite
Having booties and gloves didn't help me much last night. As it stands I am still frozen. The Milk Way was rising from the horizon for me to capture Art.
I took so many images and all was blurred to complete trash. I was defeated cold and nearly gave up. Water cleaned up and I tried one last time. This time I scored one image of 75 that qualified in my humble opinion.
Reminder I am using a weighted tripod specified for this. It is then placed in the shallow water. I cannot open the shutter to long as it can't stay still long enough. To much ISO blows the image out. Too little creates dark.
Settings are very hard and I did this image on many occasions. Just not in freezing waters of California.
This Art piece is the exact location of the Art on SuperRare name Castle Point.
The home on this point sits by itself and looks like a castle. This surf spot rarely breaks good. Last time it was nearly this good was about one decade ago.
I love to create Art that is Rare. Photography can be tricky but the goal is to get the rarest image. Thats how we can create Rare Art.
