Description
Going with the flow made this water glow, in Platypus Creek. It's where these funny animals often give you just a peek. But the star of the show this day was the flow, and the texture it makes as the camera takes, it's picture, adding ICM to the mixture.
This image was made at along the Kermandie River in Geeveston, Tasmania, Australia.
Taking attempt after attempt to align the shutter speed and right amount of camera movement to match the water flow, and at the same time to maintain the composition, this photograph was made in such a way as to imitate the artists paintbrush, and yet still capture the scene.
Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) involves the movement of the camera at a specific speed and/or direction during the operation of the shutter, resulting in a blurred image that still contains detail and a story of what it is about, and what it contains.
This image contains no AI or Photoshop effects.
