A moment of rest and contemplation as we slow things down and become one with the fall.
This artwork invites the viewer to take a breath and rest, as we often find ourselves struggling to enjoy our time off always worrying if we are doing enough, and if rest is taking away from what needs to be done.
Having experienced that throughout my life I have come to accept that it is all about balance and rest is just as important as work for your productivity.
This sentiment is exhibited by our character entering a deep state of rest to the point that the falling leaves have covered him like a bed sheet after being denied that peaceful rest for so long.
This artwork is drawn frame by frame on paper, and every movement is hand dawn, and colored as well as animated on photoshop and after effects.
