Description
This unique coin serves as a creative input into an artwork ”feel good spins for feel bad times,” a first generative work by the contemporary pop artist Deborah Kass. The algorithm that generates Kass’ artworks is costumed as a slot machine and each participant–a gambler of sorts–is invited to place their coin into the machine and take a spin to reconfigure text and images as novel triptychs in Kass’ signature bright colors and bold typefaces.
Up to 777 digital coins will be issued as part of this collection. In the spirit of feel good spins, a portion of these works will be reserved as bonuses to collectors, activated when works appear in “winning” triptych combinations. This coin can be used on the project page at [ARSNL.Art](https://arsnl.art/feel-good-spins), until February 29, 2024, at which point all unused coins will be automatically placed into the Kass’ machine to turn them into their final triptych form.
