Description
Alone on a little island in the middle of the Indian Ocean with nothing but the sound of my drone high above and the waves gently lapping against the shore. A solitary haven, a moment in time, captured and treasured for eternity.
This image was taken on a sandbank near the island of Dhonakulhi, Maldives, in March 2021. A late afternoon flight in order to avoid extreme midday temperatures and a long boat trip to reach this tiny, solitary little island, created this minimal composition.
