Description
This shot was taken in Rome at the Pincio Terrace, one of the most famous and beautiful viewpoint of the city.
That beautiful evening there were children on the terrace playing with soap bubbles. The bubbles gave a special touch to an already amazing view and I was very lucky to have my camera with me to be able to capture that moment.
In this shot you can see the soap bubbles in the foreground representing the magic world of children where everything is easy, warm and joyful. In the background, you can see the city of Rome, representing the real world where adults live their busy lives.
This photo reminds us that these two worlds are part of the same canvas. It's up to us to decide where and how we want to live.
The photo is part of the Dimensions DAO exhibition "Links Between Worlds" held in the center of Florence at The Lavagnini Social Hub from the 20th to the 27th January 2024.
