Unique „Digital Counterpart" of a physical painting, painted in 2022 by the Berlin based artist Sebastian BIENIEK (B1EN1EK) from his „Ghost Riders“ series.
First physical painting from the series was painted (oil on original LP) in 2014.
The concept of all BIENIEK NFTs is to use the blockchain as the best possible tool "for a provenience" of real physical artwork.
The concept of the „Ghost Riders“ series is to portray people (usually icons) who have died tragically or too young "as from the beginning connected“ with some kind of angel from “the other side“. Behind this lies on the one hand the idea of a predetermined fate and on the other hand the unknown - may be even the „alien“ - in ourselves.
