Description
Mezcal Amarás Logia Horno comes from the very rare Horno agave grown in Oaxaca. It was distilled by Maestros Mezcaleros Bertha and Rubén who captured the essence of this agave which takes ten years to mature. It was cooked in a traditional conical earth oven, milled by hand, underwent wild fermentation and was distilled in a traditional clay pot still. It is an unrepeatable ancestral mezcal designated C2 in Mezcal Amarás’s nomenclature. BlockBar has just 5 of 399 bottles produced.
