All the inhabitants of the capital, including Arthur the Kitten, took to the streets to celebrate the independence of planet Holando. The overwhelming joy felt in that moment stirred a dormant magic deep within Arthur. To his delight he found that after touching an orange cloak, he was able to take flight with it and use it to carry people great distances.
The residents soon realized that any item placed in Arthur's hands was imbued with magical properties, so they began giving him whatever they had brought to the celebration. He bestowed the power of healing and immortality into Orange tulips and gave them out to the city-folk, curing the people of their ailments and bringing health and happiness to the land.
