Description
LizzaRD: This piece began as a simple Polaroid, capturing a quiet moment of reflection. But in that stillness, something otherworldly emerged. I felt compelled to bring to life the hidden side of this figure—a part of them that exists just beneath the surface. With paint and imagination, the human form evolved into something more... something not quite of this earth.
The lizard-like features were my way of expressing that duality, the part of us that remains wild, mysterious, and untamed. The tentacle, playfully creeping into view, hints at forces beyond our control, things we can sense but not always see. Wrapped in the softness of fur and framed by the familiar, this figure exists in both worlds—the human and the unknown.
This is more than just a portrait; it’s a glimpse into a transformation, a reminder that beneath every calm surface, there’s always something more.
