Many thanks for minting ASTRO REKT, it means a lot that people looked to support an image that was clearly rekt.
To say thank you this image was airdropped to all holders who held either 2 or 3 ASTRO REKT tokens during the snapshot. With holders of 3 qualifying for a print of their choice from REKT or LFG Pt 1 or 2.
Prior to my astro-camera hitting the wall I did collect enough data to generate images that I'm happy with, given the struggle to collect usable data.
ASTRO LFG Pt 1 & 2 highlight the fighting spirit that all astrophotographers need. You may not have got the perfect data set that you wanted but you can fight and battle and do the best you can with what you with.
The Heart and Soul Nebula in the constellation of Cassiopeia is presented here in the narrowband palette of HOO, that is Hydrogen alpha is captured in the red channel, Oxygen 3 is captured in green and blue channels. Showing narrowband this way minimises the stars naturally allowing more emphasis to be brought to the gas structure and colour contrast within.
